Black Mountain Forestry was founded by Managing Director Nick Maurissen in 2017. The company is run with the same high standards and attention to detail that was instilled in our Managing Director from his time serving as a Royal Marines Commando.
Black Mountain Forestry has extensive experience in all aspects of woodland creation, from initial site surveys through to maintenance.
All our Site Supervisors have a minimum SSSTS qualifications whilst all our operatives are CSCS or CPCS accredited. Every employee also holds all relevant qualifications for the tasks they are employed to carry out.
Health and safety underpin our service and we are always looking for ways to improve and enhance our service. We have worked with various local authorities across the UK on some of the biggest and complex projects. This is a testament to the quality of service that we provide.
